Join Rachel in a space of self-acceptance and non-judgment for a Yoga 101 Workshop on Saturday, January 29th from 9:30 am-12:30 pm to learn why we practice yoga and to become familiar with fundamental yoga poses found in most yoga classes. Our Yoga 101 Workshop can also re-introduce former yogis to the basics and benefits of a consistent yoga practice. This workshop is suitable for ALL body types and fitness levels.
